The Game Is Over ... Long Live the Game?

Now that we have finished the RotRL campaign, There are a few bookkeeping issue to finish.

I plan to report this for PFS credit. But to do so, I need to know which characters to assign credit.

The chronicle may be applied to a character that is 16th-18th level. In this case, it is worth 3 XP, 4 PP and 120,000 GP. You may instead assign the chronicle to a new 1st level character for 3 XP, 4 PP and 1,398 GP. In either case, you do not benefit from any boons until the character the chronicle was assigned to reaches the minimum level listed on the chronicle sheet.

Most of you probably do not care, so unless I hear otherwise I will report the chronicle against the following characters:

Matt H - 14369-4 Salizar
Dan - 14372-2 Thadieus

Brian - 18310-1 Ezren

Paul - 14374-4 Dorjee

Matt F - 14367-2 Shamazil the Crazed

Bruce - please advise for which PFS number you would like to receive credit.

Any thoughts on what and if we want to do in the future? Do we want to try to start a new campaign?

Reminder: RotRL Game on Saturday 2/18/17

Just a reminder that we are getting together for our last session of Rise of the Runelords a week from Saturday on 2/18/17.

Let's plan to get together at 2:00 PM at Bruce's and play until we are done. It is for all the marbles. If things end early, due to unfortunate events on either side, I am sure that can find something else to do.

The 25th works for me.

I have to cancel for 11/19/16

I regret to say that I cannot make this weekend work for our final RotRL session. Some things have come up.

Based on the way things look for the rest of the year, I expect we will need to wait until 2017 before we can finish this adventure.

Again, I am sorry.

I think we have one session left to finish off RotRL. Can we make Saturday, 10/8/16 work to do that? I will be free that weekend both Friday and Saturday.

Future of the Saturday Game Planning

The way things look, we only have about two sessions to go before the end of the RotRL adventure path. Do you guys have an interest in still playing a Saturday game?

If the answer is yes, we have several options.

1) We could play another adventure with the same characters. I have a Paizo module for characters in the 17th to 18th level range. It is a 32 page module that would likely be another 3 or 4 sessions to complete.

2) We could start a new adventure path with brand new starting characters. We have several available to us (includeding the newest there are 12 that someone has not already started to run). I do not have to run it either. Matt H has expressed an interest in running something (but I am not sure if his work Kingmaker game has quelled that bug).

3) We could play a newer 64 page module which are like mini campaigns. I have a few of these available:

Daughters of Fury - 3rd to 6th level
Tears at Bitter Manor - 5th to 8th level
Wardens of the Reborn Forge - 12th to 15th level

This would be a bit of a commitment but not as long term as an AP.

4) We could play a different system like HEX, Star Wars, Firefly, Call of Cthulhu, etc.

You input is appreciated and encouraged.

Future game date

What dates look good for a future game?

I think the most likely date for me in May is Saturday, 5/16. I think that this is the only weekend where I do not have some plans. There may be a few Fridays and Sundays that might also work.

At our last session the date of 4/4/15 was thrown out as a possible date that worked for folks for our next game.

The game for this Saturday is cancelled.

Need to find another date that works for folks. 3/7/15 has opened up as a possibility for me. Otherwise we are looking for a date in April.

I am looking to schedule a date that will work for folks to have a Saturday game.

My schedule has been buy of late and it looks to remain that way for a while. How does 2/21 look for folks? Looking toward March, how does 3/28 look?

We have cancelled our session for tomorrow due to a variety of scheduling conflicts.

We will try to set another date before the end of the year if possible. Please provide dates that will work for each of you.

Are we still good with playing next Saturday?

Targeting Saturday, 11/8/14 for Next Game

Due to scheduling conflicts, it looks like our next RotRL session will not be until Saturday, 11/8/14.

We are nearing the end of the adventure. I would guess about 3 or 4 more full sessions. There are only 20 pages left in the adventure.

We are at the point where you should all level to 17th. I believe that was mentioned at the end of last game but I do not remember for sure.

Plans have changed

I originally thought that 10/18/14 would work for our next game but it appears that we have a family obligation of which I was not at the time aware.

Can folks make Saturday, 10/11/14 work instead?

If that does not work, how do Sunday 10/26/14 or Saturday, 11/8/14 look?

Our Next Game

We need to pick a date for when we can next get together.

The next 3 weekends are out for me (9/20, 9/27 and 10/4). We have a bunch of stuff going on.

10/18 looks the best for me. That Friday or Sunday could also work.

10/11 might work but I already have a game scheduled for 10/12 so it is not ideal.

10/24 and 10/25 is also out. I could do Sunday 10/26.
