I am trying to firm up plans for this Saturday.
So far I know that Matt H and Bruce have given a definite yes. Sounds like Brian is pretty solid and Dan seems likely. Paul is out for sure.
That leaves Matt F and Amelia. Can someone provide a status?
I was thinking about starting around 3:00 at Bruce's. Assuming we get enough players, we will play our RotRL game. If not, it will be something else. I would like to know sooner rather than later so that I can be properly prepared.

Possible Game on 12/21/13
Folks were asking if it was possible to play our game in December. My schedule has firmed up and I am available on Saturday 12/21/13 if I can get enough players. How does this date look for folks?

Our Game is this Saturday
Our game is this Saturday 10/26/13 at Bruce's house. We are shooting for a 12:00 start time.
I am still looking for information regarding characters and any guest gamers. Is Joe planning to attend? What will Trevor be playing? Does anyone plan to miss the game and/or show up late?

Next RotRL Game scheduled for Saturday, 10/26/13
Based upon everyone's busy scheduled, the next date that we could agree upon for the majority is Saturday, October 26th.
Since we have not played in a while, I would like to run a longer session. We will shoot to start at 12:00 PM and play until 12:00 AM or so. (There will be food in there somewhere.) Assuming that Bruce does not have an issue with the start time, I think that we are solid.
I expect Matt H, Brian, Bruce and Paul. Sounds like Trevor will be a guest again this session. (We need to determine what he will be playing.) Amelia is planning to become a regular. I assume that she and Dan will attend but I do not have confirmation.. I do not know if this works for Matt F.
There is rumor that Joe will be back in town soon and staying for about a month. Not sure but he may also make a guest appearance. (If so, someone should level up his guy.)

Trying to schedule some dates
The way things are looking, it may be October before we are able to get in our next game session. I might be able to swing a session after Barbecon, http://www.quintecons.com, on 9/21/13 but it runs until 7:30 PM. If not then, maybe on Sunday 9/22/13. The rest of my September weekends are already booked.
The best date for me in October will likely be Saturday 10/26/13. Not sure about November but I think Saturday 11/16/13 works best. I am planning to attend U-Con , https://www.ucon-gaming.org/, the weekend of 11/22-24 to play some PFS and run some HEX. I am still finalizing my plans/schedule.
Sarah and I will be bowling this season about once a month on Saturdays. Here are those dates:

Looking to Schedule Upcoming Game Dates
I am looking for dates in July and August to hold our next RotRL games.
The first two weekends of July are out for me. How do either Saturday July 20th or Saturday July 27th look?
Dates in August look to be slim. I may be able to do Saturday August 10th. Looks like I am scheduled to run our Sunday game on 8/4/13, we will be away for Gen Con 8/14-8/19, Sarah and I have a party to attend on 8/24 and that last weekend is our wedding anniversary/holiday weekend.

Game this Saturday
We are set to play our RotRL game this Saturday at 3:00 PM at Bruce's.
Please make sure to bring your current 14th level character and your leveled 15th level version. We will be finishing the 5th book of the adventure path and start the 6th. For those who cannot make it or will be late, please send copies of your character .por files to me, Bruce and Matt H.
We will also have a guest gamer, Amelia. She will help us round out the party and play the characters for the absent players. If she likes it, she may be joining us on a more regular basis.

RotRL date for May?
Do we have any idea if we will be able to game in May?
I have thrown out some dates that will work for me in May. I have not heard back from anyone.
Again, dates that will work for me are:
Friday, 5/10/13 - I could likely start as early as 6:00 PM.
Friday, 5/17/13 - I could likely start as early as 6:00 PM.
Saturday, 5/18/13 - I would think our 3:00 PM start would work.
Sunday, 5/19/13 - This is Gen Con event registration day. I would think our 3:00 PM start would work. (We could also try for earlier.)
I would still like to stick with the 5 players to play rule but I can be flexible as long as the characters are present.

Our next RotRL session
What are schedules looking like for our next session?
I am out for the weekends of 5/3-5/5 and 5/24-5/26. We have plans. Sunday 5/12 is also out as it is Mother's Day.
Friday 5/10 will work and 5/11 might work (but will not work for Matt F). If 5/11 is looking likely I will have to doublecheck with work and the wife. Any of the days on the weekend of 5/17-5/19 look good (the only conflicts I see are Star Trek and Gen Con event registration).
Please post here so that we make sure that everyone sees the discussion.

Is there any chance that we can get a RotRL game together in March?
As it currently stands, I can play one of the days this coming weekend, 3/22-3/24, or on Saturday, 3/30/13 since I am no longer going out of town as originally expected.. I can check on Friday, 3/29, as I have the day off of work but so does Sarah. I expect we may have plans.
If we get in a full session, you should complete the Runeforge and the 5th book. That will place you at 15th level at the end of the session.

Next RotRL Session
We need to pick a date for our February session of the RotRL game. How does Saturday, February 2nd look for folks? That date works best for me as our normal Sunday game has moved off of that weekend due to the Super Bowl. The last two weekends I currently have plans with the wife.
I figure we have about 2 full length sessions to go before we have finished the Sins of the Saviors chapter. At that point you will raise another level, bringing everyone to 15th level.

Next RotRL Game, (this) Saturday, 1/5/13
It has come to my attention that folks would like to game this weekend. It seems that Matt H, Dan, Brian and Bruce are available on Saturday, 1/5/13. Sorry for the late notice but I just found out myself.
Matt called me last night asking about an e-mail he had sent me (which I apparently did not receive)and as fates would have it, I am now available this weekend. If Paul and/or Matt F are also available, I expect that we can play our RotRL game. (I guess I would also settle for someone playing one or both of their characters.) Please let me know what the plan is.
